Informed Policy Advocates Endorses the GRACE Act

Rep. Steube is joined by 14 cosponsors of the GRACE Act: Reps. Mary Miller (R-Iowa), Dan Webster (R-Fla.), Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), Barry Moore (R-Ala.), Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.), Glenn Grothman (R-Wis.), Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), Randy Weber (R-Texas), Rich McCormick (R-Ga.), Pat Harrigan (R-N.C.), Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.), and Troy Downing (R-Mont.).

On Aug. 29th, 2025, Congressman Greg Steube (R-FL) introduced the GRACE Act (Guaranteeing Religious Accommodation in Childhood Education Act), a federal bill that would withhold education funds from states that refuse to recognize religious exemptions to school vaccine mandates.

The GRACE Act has the support of more than fifty organizations including Moms for Liberty, Global Wellness Forum, Guiding the Impact, and Children’s Health Defense, FOR-US and Informed Policy Advocates.

At Informed Policy Advocates, our mission is:

  • To uphold informed consent — the right to understand risks, ask questions, and decline medical interventions without coercion.

  • To defend consumer protections — ensuring families aren’t penalized for refusing liability-free products.

  • To safeguard civil rights — protecting access to education, employment, and public life regardless of health choices.

The GRACE Act speaks directly to these priorities. No student should be forced to sacrifice education because their family’s beliefs differ from government mandates. For families in California and other states where religious and personal belief exemptions have been eliminated, this federal legislation would help restore critical protections that never should have been taken away.

That’s why Informed Policy Advocates proudly endorses the GRACE Act. It’s a step toward rebalancing the law in favor of freedom, fairness, and constitutional rights.
